John began taking classes at the University of Arizona when he was 14 years of age. He was a nerd. His favorite place to hang out was in the library. He met and studied under poet, Rita Garitano and that changed his life forever. He discovered creative writing. He had several plays produced. They ran to sold out audiences. Early on he displayed a knack for understanding how to deliver a great story. He wrote and toured in a one man show. He also performed as Master of Ceremonies for ten years in the underground theaters of Chicago. His vaudeville style show was the first of it’s kind to be simulcast live world wide on the “web”. It was during that time that he was able to hone his skills as a storyteller. He has been an avid writer his entire life. He has published two books and has recently completed the manuscript for a third. He has always been incredibly inventive and has shown a knack for understanding the pulse of his readers.
